Recovery Review01 / 05

How Much Are You Owed?

Check whether your unpaid invoices may qualify for recovery.

Approximately how much are you owed?

Professional commercial recovery backed by decades of experience.

The real cost

Unpaid Invoices Aren't Just Annoying.
They're Trapped Cash.

Your company delivered the product. You completed the work. You sent the invoice. But the customer stopped responding.

Every unpaid invoice ties up cash that could otherwise go toward payroll, inventory, equipment, marketing and growth. You shouldn't have to choose between protecting a customer relationship and getting paid.

Timing

When Is It Time to Stop Chasing?

Six situations where a past-due commercial account is usually ready for professional recovery.

30+ Days Past Due

The customer repeatedly promises payment but doesn't pay.

60+ Days Past Due

Emails and calls are increasingly ignored.

90+ Days Past Due

Internal collection attempts have failed.

Customer Stopped Responding

Communication has gone completely silent.

Payment Dispute

The customer is delaying payment or creating repeated excuses.

Multiple Old Invoices

A significant amount of A/R is sitting unpaid.

Waiting usually doesn't make an old invoice easier to collect.

Included with every account we accept

Professional Handling, Not Just Another Phone Call.

Every commercial account we take on is worked through the same disciplined process. Availability of individual steps depends on the account, the documentation and the jurisdiction.

Account review and documentation check

We read the invoices, contract, purchase orders and correspondence before any contact is made.

Debtor location research

Where a business has moved, rebranded or gone quiet, we work to identify the responsible party and a current point of contact.

Structured written and verbal demand

A documented sequence of professional notices and calls, not scattered one-off chasing.

Business and payment background

Where available, a picture of the debtor's business standing and payment behavior informs how the account is worked.

Dispute handling

Stalling tactics and repeat excuses are documented and answered, so a dispute stops being a reason not to pay.

Escalation options

If pre-legal recovery stalls, we discuss further options with you before anything escalates. Nothing happens without your authorization.

FAQ

Questions, Answered Plainly.

How much does commercial debt recovery cost?+

Qualifying commercial accounts are handled on a contingency basis. There is no upfront recovery fee, and any applicable fee is deducted according to your signed service agreement after money is successfully recovered. Your specific fee terms are confirmed in writing before any account is worked.

Do I pay if you don't collect?+

Under the contingency model for qualifying accounts, a recovery fee applies only to qualifying funds that are successfully collected. If nothing is recovered on those accounts, no recovery fee is earned. Costs and exceptions, if any, are defined in the signed service agreement.

What types of debt do you collect?+

Commercial business-to-business obligations only — past-due invoices and commercial accounts receivable owed by other businesses. We do not handle consumer debt, personal debt, credit repair or debt consolidation.

How old can an invoice be?+

Eligibility depends on the age of the invoice, the supporting documentation, the applicable jurisdiction and the circumstances of the account. Older invoices are often still reviewable, but waiting generally does not make an account easier to collect.

Will this damage my relationship with my customer?+

Accounts are handled with professional, relationship-conscious communication and the goal of resolving payment without unnecessary confrontation. We cannot promise that a customer relationship will be unaffected — that also depends on your customer's conduct.

What documents do I need?+

Typically invoices, contracts, purchase orders, account statements, relevant email correspondence, proof of delivery and payment history. If some documentation is missing, a specialist can advise on what is workable.
